Choosing the right elementary school is an important decision for you and your child. Great experiences in elementary school make great students. We consider practical matters, the academic program, and the school's culture critical to your child education, and we consider our parents to be key performance indicators of the quality education we provide.
"My daughter started here last year after we moved. At first she was nervous and anxious about starting at some place new. After about a month she had completely changed into a vibrant, confident, happy girl who loved going to school. The students get a lot of TCL and have a lot of extra fun activities that my son doesn't get at the public school (i.e. an all school play, a classroom play and field trips/parties.)"

We live in one of the more popular school districts in San Antonio - Stone Oak, and all the parents rave about their experiences but we still keep our daughter in St. Thomas because the level of care that each person who works there has for their job and for the students is invaluable. My daughter loves it, they have a wonderful curriculum filled with music, science, and art which public schools don't as well as a gorgeous acre of wooded playground that every grade gets to play on for an hour or more every day. Because of the small class size I fell as though my daughter gets special attention and the parents are all very supportive and involved. I highly recommend this school.

We had a daughter in preschool here and pulled her out the next year to go to public school because of budget concerns while saving for a new house. She was soooo bored, unchallenged, and ahead of the class with public school we had to make some sacrifices and put her back in St. Thomas. It was the best decision we have ever made

My son is in preschool here, and the teachers are Fantastic! He is developing a love for Jesus in a kind and nurturing environment, the Christian education is wonderful. I think the academic program is pretty progressive for 3 year olds, but without pressure, the kids are learning a lot and loving it! It's a small and personal school where you feel like your family matters. We couldn't be happier! The Hall Family
