AM DROP OFF: 7:45am-7:55am for all students
While in our drop off line, please stay in your car and we will unload your child. Parents please use the carpool signs with the child’s last name visible during pickup. Busy Bee students will be walked in by parents till the teacher recommends using AM carpool.
PM PICK-UP: 2:45 pm Ages 21 months-PreK4
3:00pm GOT (Gift of Time)-3rd Grade AND those preschoolers with older siblings
Please keep your speed under 20 MPH and refrain from using cell phones while driving on campus for the safety of our
students. All families are expected to use carpool to pickup and drop off their children. We want to foster independence, so
after the first week of school, all children will be greeted in the carpool line. Elementary students who arrive after 8:00am,
must be walked in by an adult into the administrative building for a tardy slip before joining their class.

extended care (AM & pm) and after school enrichment
St. Thomas offers extended care to provide our students with a safe and fun environment before and after school. We offer morning care from 7:00-7:55 and afternoon care from 3:00-6:00 each full school day. If you need to register your student, please email Emily at esanders@sts1604.org.

School uniforms
Uniform Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Regular uniforms (red polo, navy bottoms, navy jumper) (mandatory for Elementary, strongly encouraged for Pre-K 4 and GOT) All black ankle socks and black sneakers for boys. Girls wear white ankle socks and saddle oxford tennis shoes. All Pre-K 4 can wear tennis shoes.
Wednesday: All school dress uniform (mandatory, however no tie or belt required for Pre-K 4 and GOT). Shorts are not considered dress uniform. All black ankle socks and dress shoes for boys. Girls wear navy knee high socks and saddle oxford shoes. All Pre-K 4s can wear tennis shoes.
Friday: School spirit shirt with khakis shorts, khaki pants, or jeans. Denim shorts are also okay as long as they are an appropriate school length.
