When can our family start at st. Thomas episcopal school?
St. Thomas Episcopal is an Early Childhood Campus for children ages 2-age 5.  Our oldest students are in our Gift of Time Class.  This class is for children who are needing an accelerated PreK class as well as for those who are already five and parents are wanting to wait to begin Kindergarten.  Assessments are given by the teacher prior to acceptance into the GOT program if you are new to the school.

Prospective Preschool 2's students must be 24 months by December 1st. Preschool 3's must be 3 by September 1st and potty trained. 
​what are the school hours?
Preschool 2's and 3's, Pre-K 4's Half Day: 8:00-11:45
Preschool 2's and 3's, Pre-K 4's Full Day: 8:00-3:00
Does St. Thomas offer before and after school care?
We do! We offer before school care from 7:00-8:00 AM, as well as after school care from 3-6 PM. 
Can I tour the st. thomas campus?
We would love to meet your family! We are now able to have on campus tours with one family at a time under the new guidelines by the Episcopal Dioceses of West Texas.  Call us and let's talk about a time to get you on campus to see our 11 acres full of learning opportunities.

what kind of admissions testing is required prior to enrollment?
Students applying for Gift of Time Class will be evaluated by a current teacher to evaluate their developmental abilities. After the assessment, the admissions committee reviews the results to determine if they are a candidate for our Gift of Time program.  
What program do you use to process tuition payments and incidentals throughout the year?
We currently use Brightwheel to process all of our tuition payments. Throughout the year, families also use these accounts to charge any incidentals such as spirit shirts or other items to be purchased on campus.
